Moisture in Headlamps

Hey guys i had a company fitted headlights but the a few months agoa sent the car to then newly opened ARYA HONDA SHOWROOM he replaced myright headlamps with some cheap lights

i had been noticing this since then cause the glass (plastic) was looking not completely transparent as my left lamps

but now as rains has started i can clearly see moisture covered ONLY in my right headlamps....

Guys help me out is there something i can do to fix it.....
