ACMA organises first ‘Tech Expo’ for Indian auto component companies in the USA.

The Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) is the apex body representing the interest of the Indian Auto Component Industry.

20 Indian auto component manufacturing companies participated in a first of its kind ‘Tech Expo’ with 5 global OEMs in USA to display the potential of the Indian auto component industry.

This 'Tech Expo' was spread over a period of 5 days in Indianapolis, supported by the Ministry of Commerce, Government. of India as well as by companies like Ford, Fiat, Chrysler, Kohler and Polaris among others.

This event was conceptualised to connect these manufacturing companies to International Purchase Officers (IPOs) and served as a platform for direct interaction of OEMs and Tier1 manufacturers.

ACMA along with 46 members also participated at the Automechanika Dubai 2014 who displayed their products in the common area of 400 sq.mts at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hall 2.

Automechanika Middle East is one of the prime automotive trade shows in United Arab Emirates. The show featured key aftermarket products including workshop equipment, bodywork and paintwork, car wash, IT & management, tyres and batteries.
