engine compartment wiring. 1.6 GTX

Need assistance on the GTX 1.6 Engine compartment wiring structure, as my GTX is having trouble while running the engine on normal working temperature. The vehicle shuts off after 10-15 minutes once it become cold it will run for more 10-15 minutes. Have checked the Fuel pump, the Throttle body, also the injectors all is fine. Only hope is by trying the ECM and cross check the wiring.
Can any one help or have similar experience to share.
