WOW ... I didnt know there was something like that as well !!! But cant he do that and put the source at the bottom ... Wud that still be a violation ??

It really si confusing ....

Yes,u're right.But, in this case, the article is available for only subscribers who pay.So, it'll be illegal to copy-paste it for free.

he can rephrase whatever he understood. but not copy.

i have even seen some sites putting specific number of characters that be copied (mostly 20 words) after which it will be considered copyright violation.

this 20 words thing helps them advertise thru innocent users who copy paste it.

It is possible to obtain a better fuel economy by going lambda> 1 ( air fuel ratio > 14.7 ), without any significant changes in drivability in cruising conditions. But, you will end with with higher NOX emissions. You will need a programmable ECU to do this though. You can also trick the existing system, but this cause a lot of unwanted corrections by the stock ECU, which might do more bad than good, especially on the EURO3 cars.
