Car Headlight Adjustment

Recently i drove up to lonavala in the monsoons in my santro. When we hit Fog i realized that my headlights were totally messed up. Left one was going right and up and the right one going left down. The two beams kind of crisscrossed about 6ft in front of the car. I had kind of realized the problem sometime back and since i always give my car for service at the hyundai authorized center, i had asked them to check and fix it for me. They had told me that i could adjust them myself and showed me how. But I havent been able to get the setting right. So now im plagued with the knowledge of driving a car with bad lights.
Question: where do i go to get my car headlights adjusted properly? The company center guys say they dont do it. and my accessories wala does something and it doesnt make a difference and i remain unsatisfied. Any leads...?

If you want it done right, its best to do it yourself.... Read this thread, and continue the discussion there.
