mobil 1 for CBZ

i saw some posts on the popular bike forum where guys were using Mobil 1
5w-50 synthetic oil meant for cars on pulsars and karizmas. since these oils are meant for dry clutch engines how will it work on engines like of the CBZ with wet clutch?...also need advice about the best synthetic oil for hero honda CBZ..the company recomended grade is 20w-40.
