Thanks, I did that and found at the level of the lower slot on the dipstick. I also checked again after running the engine and letting it cool for an hour. Same result.

I placed a newspaper under the car overnight, but there was no oil spill. I therefore took it to Ford A.S.S. and they said it is normal for oil level to go down in 6 months. They topped up nearly a liter today. Will keep a watch.
