Tata Nexon's tri-arrow grill is fragile & breaks easily

Hi All,
Yesterday while just mildy dusting the vehicle (Nexon XZ+ petrol, 6-months old), one piece of the Front Tri-arrow shaped Grill on the bottom side came out. It seems to be broken earlier by getting hit by some stone, as I could see a small deformation in the Air intake fins behind the grill. (Attached the photos for reference)
As this grill is the only thing that need to protect the fins behind, it need to slightly stronger.
But, in Nexon, seems like it's quality is less and week.
Currently I have just attached it with feviquick.

Has anyone faced this similar issue.
Please help to let know if this kind of broken Grill is covered under warranty.
Also, any impact to the AC or turbo performance due to some deformation in the Air intake fin behind the Grills.
