M800 brakes pulsating

Hi guys i had recently overhauled the brakes on My M-800 (97) from sai service wherein the master cylinder was changed due to leakage. The brakes were working fine for a while but today i have noticed that braking at high speeds is causing the brakes to pulsate a.la ABS system.ie It feels like a little judder at the pedal bit only at high speeds.I am worried is this normal. Also car was driven after a gap of 18 days.It was parked all the while this time.

Please suggest

thanks

The brake rotor must have warped causing the pulsating feeling at the pedal. Get the brake rotor surfaced, or if does not meet minimum thickness limit get both rotors replaced.
