EPS Vs HPS

Hello Team,

What is the Primary Difference between a Hydraulic Power Steering (e-g SANTRO) and an Electronic Power Steering(e-g ESTILO,ALTO).Having driven both for a long time,i was not able to distinguish between the two.
Both felt the same.

Please Enlighten me the difference. Pardon me if this topic is already discussed elsewhere.

Some power of the engine is used for steering in HPS. In EPS it is handled electronically and hence more power is available at the wheels.
HPS feels tighter than EPS and many like tight steering.
