K-44 ?????

Guys, wat is this engine treatment and is it any gud ?? My mech mentioned sumthing like K-44 and it cleans all the deposits in ur engine and it takes about an hour .... According to him it improves the performance and I shud do this around the 50K mark ....

Feedback pls and wat shud it cost ..hes saying about 4K ....
