Guys any idea where some of these can be done in Bangalore? I have a Alto, last year my car carpet had to be removed, as I was stuck in a water logged road and water came insied the car. from then till now, I have not put the carpet back(I mean new one), after reading this thread, if I can find a good solution to inner noise reduction, I will go for it.

Any place where you get spectrum sludge in India?
Or any economical way to import it?

i have got my door sof ANHC damped ( noise kill) and they have reduced the road noice to some extend.
now i will plan to damp the floor of the car. to my knowledge the damping will not cost more than Rs.4500 @ 120/sqft

May not be from the B-pillar, even though it seems it is coming from there. If it really does, it would either be the slack in the seat-belt, or the capping is not stayed down properly.

Must be the door opener cable, the glass mount or even loose length of speaker or other cables. Take out the door pad, and stay down any long lengths cables by wrapping closed cell foam around the cable and sticking it down with hot melt glue or synthetic rubber adhesive. Check for play in the glass holder or the support arms and get it fixed. It could also be possible that the door lock is actually loose, you can check that by shaking the door vigorously after closing it.
