GULF Oil A/C Neutraliser for disinfecting the A/C ducts

I have applied the GULF Oil A/C Neutraliser for disinfecting the A/C ducts of my GETZ yesterday. Gulf Oil India
The technician claims that this will remove all the bad odour and stale smell coming out from A/C ducts. I got it from one of the Gulf oil reps in Mysore for Rs410/-. But I need to wait and see after 2 to 3 days because there is some fragrance coming from the ducts due to the usage of the neutraliser. The technician claims that this treatment losts for 5 months!!! Has anyone else used this product? Did you find it effetcive?

OT-- is there something similar available for window ac? i ve got a stale smell comming out of mine. got the whole thing removed and washed .THe smell's back again.

I have a brochure received from Gulf oil Bangalore office which says this product is suitable for all kind of A/Cs.
