Hyundai Getz 50K KMs service - Help Needed

Hi Guys,

My Getz has completed 50K KMs and is due for service. Today I went to MGF Hyundai, Okhla Ph-I for service; the advisor there marked down the following without asking me -

Service - 700
Throttle Body Cleaning - 80
Injector Cleaning - 250
Engine Flush - 375
Gear/Differential Oil Change - 375
Fron Brakes Cleaning - 290
Rear Brakes Cleaning - 250
Coolant change - 480
Engine Oil Change
Air/Oil Filter change
Alignment and Balancing
Other wear and tear
Plus taxes

I didn't like the attitude of service advisor, felt he was taking me for a ride, so didn't get the car serviced there.

Please tell me, all the things which he advised, are those really required? I had got the Engine de-carbonization and engine flush done at 40,000, so does it need another flush now?

And is it really worth now to get my car serviced at Hyndai Authorized Service Center, or should I look for others? Are there any good service centers in South Delhi/Noida?

Yes, all of those tasks should be performed at the 50,000 mark. The only thing you should eliminate is the engine flush; it really isn't necessary after only 10,000 kms.

Have a look at this post of mine for further reference. The maintainence checklist has been compiled very recently.
