Vibrations in lower gears.

Hello,
Recently I put a K&N stock replacement filter on my Baleno.
I did feel a change bcos of this mainly
1) The pick ups seems to be more
2) the power drop when the AC is turned on has reduced a bit. i could feel the power drop before.

but when i put it to 1st gear and start moving or i hold the clutch a little bit more mainly in the traffic signals, i get a vibration from the bonet area. i never experienced this with the normal filter. otherwise i do not see any running issues. in fact i feel there is also a slight change in the FE( i dont know if it bcos of this or semi-synthetic oil change)

do i show it some service guys or is it normal ?

pls advice.
