Rocam Engine???

Can some one tell me whats the speciality of a ROCAM engine....Also how does it work??? Heard its one of the most advanced and reliable engineering!!!! Is it something to do with a rotating Cam shaft?? Which engine is the best ,performance regard??Rocam, Dohc, sohc , TDI, EPSILON(HYUNDAI) or vtec n ivtec???

cam sits in roller bearings, less noise, less friction and lesser maintanence

like jaggu said and its not the most advanced but yeah its a rough and tough engine - solid reliabilty!
