| minor noise in lancer (rarely i hear)
sometimes my lancer glxd givs a tac tac noise ( like it gives in ignition timer, when contacts go and on etc) . when moving, sometimes the solenoid (i think) which is below the name plate which bears chassis number, parallel to wiper motor. there is two or three wires going inside it. it looks like small thumb size bottle .
noise comes from there and simultaneously from under the dash boards left corner. under the shelf but inside cabin. sum told that its sound of some contacts going on and off..how to rectify?
but it wont come always...rarely come and go....when engine is running.
Electrician told me that , if we clean the contacts of dust and use sand paper it would be ok. Is that possible in my case? |
