Never a wiser word said, have you checked your tyres ? Also check your suspension lower arm ( I dont know what else they call it). Make sure that tie rod was replaced & not bent back into shape. Take it to any other reliable mechanic & he will tell you (But I'll be damned if skoda will cheat like that).

Thanks

exactly the tyre if it has lost shape is the main culprit at makes the presence felt at very low speeds and at speeds in excess of 100kmph. have gone thru this strange behavior and a new tyre solved the problem.

Wobbling Issues

I've been having these wobble issues with my 1.9TDi.
The vibrations can be felt on the steering wheel when the odo hits 80 kmph, and wane out after 100 kmph. The car also tends to steer to the left on an even road.

Have got new Alloys + tyres 1.5 weeks back; got them twice rechecked for wheel alignment & balancing.
Still the same wobble. Even the co-driver can feel the car wobble in his legs resting on the car floor.

Would request advise from fellow TBHP mates on this mysterious issue with my car.
Am stuck with this problem now and cant enjoy my new wheels.

Please help!
