Pre Fuel injection treatment by Electronic Convertor for Diesel and Petrol

Does any fellow BHPians know more details on this ?

This is another innovation done by Mr Gopal Krishnan from Chennai which got very less recognition in India (just like Somender Singh's invention).

This pre fuel injection device will change characterstics of fuel(diesel/petrol) to produce benefits like:
* Better FE(10%)
* Better performance
* Lesser pollutants

It is advised that changing ECU's memory maps for better results -- though not mandatory.
