What's that sound from my front suspension?

Hi Bhpians,

I searched the forum, but could not find this discussed anywhere.

Car: Fiat Palio 1.2 ELX
2 Years, 24000 Kms

Problem:
When I negotiate a hump (those annoying metallic ones attached to the
tarmac) at slow speeds, There's a 'tak' sound coming from the car's front RH suspension. (This seems to happen when the tyre rolls down from the peak of the hump, but before it hits the road again.)

This is not happening while driving normally through a rough road
or when going over small potholes. Even while going over the hump dead slow, there's no sound. But, the faster I run over the hump, the louder this sound gets. (This could suggest that it depends on how far the coil spring gets compressed?)

Experts, please comment on what could be the problem. Caliper pins? Lower ball joint? Or something else?

Thanks In Advance.

Could be your caliper pins. To check, kick your car's right tyre and listen for sounds of a rattle.
