Toyota 4Runner 2.8L- ACCIDENT REPAIR

Hi,
I own a Toyota 4Runner 2.8L, 1995 model. The car collided head on with an Indica on the NH17 a couple of years back and the front end was totally smashed. It was trucked back to Mumbai.

The entire front end and bent chassis was redone by a local mechanic. I have been using it ever since and correcting niggling problems as they pop up. The suspension has been poor ever since the accident. The shock absorbers were replaced with original ones from Dubai.

Recently the torsion bar for the front suspension broke. The same mechanic has welded and refitted the same rod because a replacement rod cannot be found, as is the case with most parts for the car. Though the mechanic has been advising me to get rid of it, I am very keen on keeping the car. I have removed the front wheel drive components as it was difficult to get the whole thing aligned and working.

I want to strip and refit the car and get it back to normal, if it can be done.
Would anyone be able to please tell me where I can get the job done, in or around Mumbai? I am open to any other suggestions or advice!!
