Petrol smell when starting Ikon Flair

I have 2005 model Ikon flair which has done 30K. Recently I noticed that while starting the car in morning, I can smell petrol in the cabin. It will fade off after some time. Checked with Lathangi Ford and they are not able to identify the issue. They checked all pipes for leakage and found nothing.

Can some one faced similar issue?

Recently went to Lathangi for 30K service and they didn't replaced the air filter. Reason given is that they will remove only if the vehicle has covered 20K between services

. I asked them to change and the filter was clogged with dust. Fuel filter changed, engine oil replaced with synthetic Oil, AC filter changed and the total service cost comes to 8K.
