Scorpio VLX weird sound while reversing

This is the first problem I faced today evening, strange this happened after 1st Servicing today, it one month old vehicle done 5000 kms.
Problem: while trying to park in my apartment, when I tried to reverse I heard sound coming from vehicle, the sound is like crushing of plastic bottle, it happened only when I tried to turn the steering complete turn to turn and reverse, this continue for few second and disappear, if I break and do same the sound is back again, at least for 3 times I was able to hear, but I am not able too get the exact sequence to replicate every time.
has any scorpio owner faced this problem? what might be the cause?

Any help, suggestion, direction before I tune to service center tomorrow.

The sound that I heard today is first time, but the sound was very harsh, not the trrr type sound, first I thought I might have got over some plastic water bottle, I checked it and then reversed again and the same sound of crushing of plastic water bottle.. the sound is so harsh that why I am able to correlate that with "bottle crushing sound"

Does this happen on turning the steering in any direction or just 1?

If 1 then check the mudguards and the lining within.

If both, then consider not turning the steering to the absolute limit. [goto service center]

As mentioned by SLK, the mud-guard lining might be the problem.

I think it might be the 'limit' screws that regulate the max turn angle. Sometimes, they 'disturb/set' these at service time. The noise comes at extreme end positions only.
I had once noticed this at the Service Centre itself upon doing a full right. It took them about half a minute to set it right.

Went to service center, they inspected and told me there are "rubber flap" inside the wheel arch(front) and these "rubber flap" need to be outward facing, while washing the vehicle they might have got in opposite side and that' why these noise, it was just 1 minute job, after this I was not able to hear the sound, I am not sure this might be the case but need to observe more for a day or two to be 100% sure
