If you have alloy like mine with wide are so that you can put your hand inside.. run the nails of your finger from inside/centre to outer edge of the disc. If you feel uneven surface, you have overused your pads to the brim. It needs replacement along with resurfacing of the disc or replacement.

If you don't have alloy jack up and remove the front wheel and try the above.

PS: any sign of brake oil level going down.

Yes, planning to do this during the weekend. It's drizzling a lot in Bangalore and somehow the sound doesnt seem to come anymore! Or maybe its just me turning up the volume of the stereo a little higher than normal!
