Intermittent Squeal in Zen

My Zen 2001 model has started to give a funny squeal from the front left wheel. Now what is funny is
1) I had a complete steering and suspension overhaul in October
2) New brake pads also put in Oct
3) The squeal comes around 40 KPH and then again around 80 - 90 KPH
4) The squeal sometimes occurs when I steer a bit to the left and goes off when I straighten up

worst of all, it is intermittent and when I took the MASS guy for a drive there was no squeal

Any suggestions are welcome.

How much has the car done ?

Besides the break pads, did you get your Discs polished ?

The car has done about 33K only and has been maintained pretty well I could say. Discs polished! heck no :(. They have a few rust marks. Never knew they could be polished.
But then I have new set of brake pads for more than 2 months and this funny squeal started just about 10 days back!

The brake pads should not be a problem, for: if they were, then I guess it should be squealing wheneva you use the brake??
