Have this problem since day one, After pressure wash at the service station or spray wash with a pipe at home there's a pool of water on the front passenger side floor.
The FORD service guys say that its because of the AC vent.
Has anyone had this problem or knows what could be done to fix it?
two check points:

1.close the aircon air intake to recirculation mode and check(the lever might be in fresh air mode)
2.check if your coolant level is dropping;if yes,the heater coil could be the problem(quite unlikely in a new car but still..)

Problem should be in the drain!!!

I always have the circulator switched on, never though about that.
Opened the hood and check out, its a maze, cant figure out much!
Will try in the morning tomorrow.
There is a drain between the engine and the cabin, below the wiper's Motor. There would be a rubber seal kind of a rubber thingy there. This could have worn out. In Ikon it comes in the right side when you face the car. You have to get that replaced. That should solve your problem. Please do not touch the AC as of now, as the problem occurs only during a wash and not when in operation, so the AC should be the culprit. Ask the works manager how can the AC be the culprit if no problem is spotted when the car is in operation?

Please get hold of the sales manager (preferrably who sold the car to you) and give him a piece of mind. The next time you walk into the service station, people should recognise you and your car.

Turns out that there's no problem as such, happens only when the circulator is is turn off.
