Engine Vibration & Noise

Just week ot two back I experienced some jerks with engine vibration while idling (in steering & gear lever) in my santro. I checked with a local mechanic who cleaned spark plugs and car was free of jerks. However I steel feel niticeable vibration in steering & gear lever. Also while I rev the engine doesnt respinbd smoothly. There is a reasonable loud engine noice while I drive from 1st to 5th gear. Even at 70 KMPH in 5th gear I can hear engine noice as I press on gas with cabin fuly closed.

Please advice what could be the problem? This has all started just 10 days before and car was very much smooth & silent before that.

Car has done 45K on ODO.

Assuming your car is a santro, get the fuel injectors cleaned by an authorised SC. Change the plugs & plug chords if necessary.
