Esteem steering - vibrations and heaviness

After doing wheel alignment of my 2001 Esteem VXI, steering is vibrating and also feeling heavier at low speeds. Though feels a bit lighter at higher speeds. Also heaviness fades away when the steering is rotated counter clockwise. What could be the issue here. No such issues faced before wheel alignment.

I dont know why it should feel heavier, but if its vibrating you should immediately go to another alignment shop and re-check the balancing and alignment. Make sure you note the difference, to determine if and how much the last place goofed up.
