Maruti 800 MPFI problem

In my Maruti 800 MPFI Euro2 2002 model, some times randomly the engine Malfunction light comes up & stays on for some time & goes off some time the vehicle jerks & lacks pulling.

I got the throttle body serviced at M.A.S.S however after few days the problem reoccurs. Don’t have a clue what is the problem I observed the spark plugs they were black in color indicating Rich mixture going in.

Guys any clue what has gone wrong ?
