@ Low_Bass_maker ; I have already added one 10Sq mm wire in addition to original wire from Alternator to battery. But When i switch on the Ac the lights dim.

Also could some one tell me the rating on Bher Indica Petrol radiator fan rating , as i have fitted this at rear and i believe this is too much for the poor M800.

Have you ever measured the idle voltage in your car ?

Yes .It is 13.9 Volts at idling with no load .And rises to 14.2 - 14.35 under acceleration.
It manages to stay at 13.5 volts with everything on except AC .

Then it is normal. Check for voltage when dimming occurs. If the voltage returns to normal then everything is okay.

Got to the shop from you purchased it. You can see the rating on the packing in which the fan came.

@low_bass_maker ; tata radiator fan came with some product number .And on the fan it is mentioned 12 volts nothing about wattage.Anyways owing to the problem faced i have switched back to the Sanden fans with new bearings on the condenser at the back.
Thanks a lot everyone.

It is sad that you have to leave the Tata Indica fan. You could do one thing (if you liked the Indica fan) - hook it up to the battery through an Ammeter and note the current it draws. Compare it with the other fan. Unless it is many times over - it need not be the main culprit in the consumption.

@prowler ; Yes sure i did hook it up and it was showing about 22 Amps just the fan.
And my sanden fans are as mentioned on them 45watts*2 = 90 watts makes up 90/12Volts < 8 Amps .So no wonder the Indica fan was draining the life out of the Maruti800.

That is a lot of power for a fan - it is about 264 W. Is it the design itself or the one in hand is a dud ? If it is the design, it must be belting out a lot of air.
