I too want to improve my car's[Matiz] high speed[90+] manners,I mean at that speed the car just does not give you the feeling of being planted on the road.

I have upsized my tyres to the max [155/70/R13],from this thread found out that spoiler would not be of any help,and the gunny bag idea is not very practical due to lack of boot space.So any other solutions.
