Honda City 1.3 EXi 2000: How to level headlights

Can someone please tell me how to level (adjust) the headlights for Honda city 2000 1.3 EXi? I am facing lot of problems as my low beam is focussed too low and I can barely see beyond 2-3 meters in low beam.
