I have the same issue when i roll up power windows simultaneously. Actually my engine RPM drops at times (as engine shudders). My Amaron battery is just 1 year old.

Guys well all your problems can be solved by one way and that is get the altenator volatge regulator changed. You can check for it with just a few simple steps-

1)start your car (idealing in the dark)

2)Turn on hedlights and just idele the engine for a few mins.

3)Put on your blower

4)accelerate now gradually increasing the RPM

5)Now what do you see?

6)Do the lights become brighter as you accelerate? If so then

It is surely the volatge regulator.

Now see what happens is as you increase the RPM of the engine the altenator also starts running faster and as a result will produce more charge. Now we have the voltage regulator to keep the output of the altenator to a certain range. The Regulator as a result doesn't let the charge increase more than the requirement and the set output of the altinator.

If this regualator doesn't function properly then you will see that lgihts become dim and bright, music system volume increases when you accelerate, horn become more louder etc.

So if we don't get this problem sorted in time it can cause a lot of damage to our vehicle. Now the damages being -

1)Battery may die out fast as in you may need to replace it often.

2)Due to over charging the ECM board will burn out

3)Electricals are at danger.

One thing i would say and that is if you are using a *** then they will insist and say they want to check it and later may say that it doesn't require to be changed but look the regulator dosen't cost much but if you take the risk then you got to shell our much more money at the end of the day.

Just tried it right now. Below are some facts before i tell the result.

1. Car Alto LX 2000 Model
2. 55/60 Head lights
3. Amaron Battery less than 1.5 years old.
4. I have power windows with relay, autocop, roots horn with relay and music system with amp as after market electrical accessories in my car.

I idled the car for 3 mins. Turned on the headlights and after 2 mins turned on the blower. There was a noticeable drop in lighting when i turned it on, but there was only a difference of 19-20. When i accelerated even though there was a difference but it was not very much noticeable.

My music system was off during this test. I think this is the first time in past 1.5 years when my ICE was off while i was in car

I'm sorry but i forgot to mention something in this.

Well it wouldn't show like this because the engine is just heating up so you wouldn't be ble to notice that much. Now what you need to do is start the car and take it for a spin for about 15-20 mins (5-8kms approx.)and then try it again.I'm sure u'll get the results.Forgive me for not mentioning the main point.

What is this spray called and where would it be available? Have been looking for such a product for my Esteem's recalcitrant window, but have not been able to find it.

Tried it again after 15 km drive. Same result. Significant drop when turned on blower but when accelerated there was no noticeable difference.
