2003 Lancer: Engine Loosing Oil

I have a 2003 Lancer 1.5 petrol thats done 70000 kms. For the last month or so I've been loosing about a liter of oil every 2.5-3 weeks. Theres no smoke whatsoever but the inside of the exhaust is coated in oil. Did a compression check and I'm getting 204-206 PSI in all 4 cylinders (dry) which is way higher than stock which is 175 PSI (The head was milled 30 thou' a few years back).
There aren't any oil leaks either. Can someone please tell me whats going on?! If it's something major which requires an engine overhaul I'm probably going to sell the car before it gets worse so just want to know.

The shaved head is leading to a higher compression figure.
So, the 206 psi shaved would equate to far lesser than 175psi stock.

That said, 1 litre every 3 weeks is very high oil consumption.
Your engine needs a rebuild.

Looks like it's time to get rid of it then. Rebuilding an engine in India is a complete waste of time in my opinion. Anyone interested on a 2003 Lancer, Seafrost Green, 70000 kms on the clock, Fully loaded with Oil Slick!! Just floor the gas and watch your enemies slide out of control behind you!!
