Rear defroster not working in i20?

My friend was just fiddling with the buttons on the central console of my new i20 day before yesterday, when he noticed that the rear defroster button indicator wasn't glowing, when pressed

I immediately picked up the manual to see how it works as I had never used it before, though i remember having pressed it during delivery to check everything is working. In the manual it was said that on pressing the button of Rear Window Defroster, the indicator will glow but that wasn't happening in my case. The Car just had its First Service less than a week back. Has something gone wrong

When I installed ICE in my Wagon R, the installer disconnected the Defogger switch. He forgot to reconnect it.

Took all of 2 mins to get this fixed.
So don't worry, just take the car to the Auth S.S.
