Its not about the age but its about knowledge. As per my thinking Car AC doesn't consume this much power. My neighbor is business man selling solar products including solar panels so when i asked him about the manufacturers of Solar cells in India. He told me that currently no one is manufacturing solar cells. All the cells are imported and companies like moserbear and Tata BPSOLAR just assemble them and make solar panels. I don't have any about this info whether its correct or not.
