Sujith, I think it is better to get it diassesmbled and lubricated if you have already faced this couple of times. The point is, slight jams might get unnoticed while driving, but could potentially lead to other parts failure like wheel cylinder.

Jack up the car and try rotating tyres. If there is resistance, then better to get it checked thoroughly.

I faced the issue for a maximum of three or four times only in 15 years! All after washing (heavy wash process with plenty of water) or when the car was left in heavy rain after a drive. Note that, in all these conditions, i used the hand brake. Anyway, the car had regular periodic maintenance and i could find break overhaul was done in regular periods as well. Hope there won't be anything serious here.
