One tip I'll give you to get a realistic FE on the MID is by resetting it every time you refill. Reset only the 'AVG'.

And regarding the AVC, it works as it should. I was given a nice demo by the SA and made me understand the use.

Couldn't drive much this month. I have reset the FE that's how it has set to 23.1 km/l.
About the AVC how does it work?

Completed one month ownership of the vehicle.
Kms clocked:1600 kms
Amounth spent on fuel:Rs.6000/- (including 35-40L Present in car)
Fuel used: 60L(not counting fuel present in car)
A/c: 75%

Avg. FE in 1st week: 15.8 km/L
Avg. FE in 2nd week: 18.2 km/L
Avg. FE in 3rd week: 23.1 Km/L
Avg. FE in 4th week:

1st: 1600 rpm/ 20 km/h
2nd: 1900 rpm/ 30 km/h
3rd: 1600 rpm/ 40 km/h
4th:1900 rpm/ 65 km/h

For one full tank try this set and can I know what mileage your Dzire would give?

1st to 2nd: 20 kmph
2nd to 3rd: 35 kmph
3rd to 4th: 50 kmph
4th to 5th: 65 kmph

R: 30 psi

Reason: I am following the same shifting points and 60% A/C usage with medium city traffic always and I am getting an average of 22 kmpl.

I used to do that with tyre pressure at 33 all around. That is when I got 23.1.
