Re: Tata Hexa XTA : Our new beast in Arizona Blue

Congrats on the Hexa. The build quality shows Tata has been putting in efforts. I once saw a Hexa on the road when it was just recently launched and I mistook it for a Mercedes SUV.

Congratulations on the car! And what a fabulous review you have penned down - hats off to you. At your age I couldn't have managed a review even half as good as this. Rating a well deserved 5 stars.

Re: Tata Hexa XTA : Our new beast in Arizona Blue

A well laid out and comprehensive review.
Despite being long, you have kept the narrative interesting.
Cant believe you are just 16.

Tata has a lot riding on Hexa, Nexon and Tigor.

Congratulations on your new acquisition. Going by how articulate you are, I am pretty sure you will overcome your temptation to take her out for a spin. In a couple of years, you will be able to "legally" lay your hands on her .

Re: Tata Hexa XTA : Our new beast in Arizona Blue

Nice detailed review with impressive pictures.
All that from a 16 year old. Amazing.
All the best for all your future endeavors.

When I was 16 years of age, I probably had no clue whether I was coming or going if someone were to ask me.

Re: Tata Hexa XTA : Our new beast in Arizona Blue

Hi Varun, this is as detailed a review as it can get. Covers everything you will ever need before taking a plunge. Despite being such a long review, I read it in one sitting proves that you kept it simple yet interesting. Good to see a product of this class coming from TATA.

I was literally craving for another ownership report other than mine, and here it is! And what quality by a young bhpian! Great job on the review.
It is detailed, covers almost everything there is and also elaborates on other options in the segment too. Hoping readers would find this useful when buying not just Hexa, but other cars you have compared as well.
Agree to the comfort aspect too. Crysta was a total downer for me and my family when we were evaluating the comfort and ride quality. Given the huge price difference, it's obvious what the choice would be!

Great write up and congratulations on the new car. Am sure you will look after it well but it's very unfortunate you have to wait two years to truly experience the thrill.
But look at me! I've completely given up driving it and give it to my dad while i laze around the back!
So not sure what you would enjoy more. Driving or just lazing around the cabin!

Re: Tata Hexa XTA : Our new beast in Arizona Blue

Varun, you just nailed this ownership report. Congrats.
Only point I would be disagreeing with you is Ertiga's 3rd row seat.
I think you have mistakenly put Ertiga's name there or you are not recollecting clearly how uncomfortable & cumbersome it is.
Rest all is nothing short of extra ordinary given your age.
Keep up the good work

Re: Tata Hexa XTA : Our new beast in Arizona Blue

Hey Varun,

Awesome compilation for a 16 year old. Very good writing skills and I am sure with your enthusiasm you'd go places .

Off late TATAS has been making genuine attempts to improve product quality, offer VFM products - egs. TIAGO & TIGOR and overcome the negative perception about TATA products.

Just this afternoon, I happened to observe the Hexa XTA from close quarters and this latest offering is indeed mind blowing.

Excellent choice made by your family and Happy mile crunching.

Superb review and I could not believe your age the first time I saw it. Went through that line several times. Rated a well deserved 5 stars.
The Hexa is a fantastic vehicle and I have never been so impressed about any Tata Vehicle before the Hexa. Wish you many miles of trouble free experience and please keep updating the thread as and when possible.

Re: Tata Hexa XTA : Our new beast in Arizona Blue

Brilliant review! Reviews like yours go a long way in influencing "to be buyers" against age old brand bias.

I think you should start taking test drives of other vehicles and review them. Awesome observation skills and photography. Can't believe you are only 16. Keep it going

And congratulations on the acquisition.
