Thanks, yes - this is like something i've been looking for. There are a few options on Ubuy as well.

However, not sure if these would work with the India G20 models. Like for example - this product on Banggood says "ONLY FOR LEFT HANDLE DRIVE".

Would be good to know if someone has ordered any such products and if they work.

On a humorous note, was trying to sell an ancient unused bed on OLX, so brought it down to the garage for a socially distant viewing experience.

A fellow auto enthusiast neighbour messaged me the next day asking if everything was alright, or had the better half finally made good on her promise to move my bed down next to my first & second loves?

Car was filthy and I blanched each time I looked at it. Was getting some work done and just could not spare time to personally wash it.

Ended up at a local (rustic) car wash place and got it nicely pressure washed. Let the pictures speak for themselves:

Pre-wash. Slightly dicey hoist with no wheel chocks in sight. The 3 barely fitted.





Mid-wash. The muck was caked in a solid layer, needed multiple passes with the jet before it came off.

Sincere and humble thanks to Itwastme and all fellow Bhpian's, have been following your thread "shadowfax" from its inception. Finally after a lot of convincing and thinking took the plunge. Booked one in Dec'21 (330i M sport ). During the booking was informed to expect a delay, to my surprise 3 series production have started in Jan 2022. I am to take delivery in a day or two. Thanks for such details and knowledge you have shared here. Wishing you many more great miles ahead.

Thanks @KI07, mine is 22. As per my dealer there's no 21 available. Not much discounts on 22 as well. Hard bargaining can fetch 2 to 3 L max.

Purely a gamble with Customs I feel for these low value items. My seller had declared it at the full value, but I didn't face any hiccups at all.

Some random thoughts in no particular order:

Touched 15K km enroute! Condition Based Service (CBS) message now shows ~3200 km to the June 2022 (second) service, which makes my annual service interval ~9K km.

RFTs are unbearably noisy now on certain sections and especially the concretized ones.

This G20 330i is a joy to drive and brings a broad smile at all times. The Sport & Sport+ modes are loud without the 'droning' effect on speedy drives. Stayed in Sport & Comfort 50::50.

For the mileage-conscious, the B48 turbo-petrol easily returns 15 kmpl if cruising at ~100.

Interestingly enough, my rear seat pax were more comfortable with the stiffer ride compared to my Octavia 1.8. This can be attributed to the lack of wallowing on uneven surfaces. The chassis is on the siffer side but brilliant in the setup calibration.

Noted a new Maiyyas at the services (on the opposite side) but did not visit it. Also, check out the EV charging station in the background.

After a good wash. The Mediterranean Blue colour & black bumper inserts make the appearance nice and sober. The round twin pipes are classy too.

A significant percentage of those walking past totally ignore the 3, which is just the way I like it.
