A beautiful car, i bought the 1.1 variant. Just for the extra power. It was a hoot to drive, had it for 11yrs, till i bought a swift vxi.

Alto had very good build quality. I could ramp up the sound volume of stereo to 70% and i could hardly hear the stereo standing outside with windows rolled up. Swift was good, beautiful handler, but the sheet metal and build quality was not at par. And for that matter, IMHO, all the cars post 2014, became victims of decontenting. It has been a downward graph as far as build quality is concerned.
