Hi @justwheels, I too have the same Diesel AT HT Thar in Black which has clocked 14k in about 5 months. Wanted to know how much did the underbody protection cost you and if there are any rusting issues you have seen with these in your journey with the Thar. Since you also do off roading, if any issues should have shown up by now. Also any idea if they add lot of weight? Thanks!

The underbody from Swastik had cost me around 35K (don't remember the exact amount but was in the ballparks). This included the full underbody, including the radiator guard and the DEF tank guard also (very much needed).
No major rusting issues, but yes since it has taken a lot many hits especially with the rock crawling offroad trails, the paint has chipped off at many places. But I don't see any major rusting issues as yet. I am 100% satisfied with the UBP from Swastik. The only issue was that camber adjustment for front tyres is a bit difficult but good agencies should be able to manage.

Don't see any impact of weight, infact some weight so down below aids the centre of gravity.

Hope that helps. Enjoy many more mile crunching on the Thar!
