I think there is a difference. This was there till recently, don't know if it has been discontinued now!

LX and LXi models come with 145/70 R13, while VXi comes with 155/65 R13s.

There was a difference in tyre sizes in the LXi and VXi variant before and might be even now. The VXi had wider tyres. The website doesn't have this information. I have a 2005 WagonR LXi model, the VXi variant at that time had wider tyres for sure.

Yes there is a tire size difference between LX/LXI and VXI of 145 to 155. I got my LXI with 145 and later upgraded to 165 bridgestone. For city use, 145 is fair enough. One can think of 165 for highway use, gives plenty of confidence and firm planted feel on the roads, though it might look slightly bulging out from the body at certain angles. But it gives a sexy look to the otherwise boxy vehicle !

Yes, but just a basic ICE setup. Slightly tight on the financial side now..hopefully something within 10k range would be sufficient now, will upgrade later.
