Another GETZ CRDI joins the gang ....

Hi guys,

It gives me immense pleasure to annouce that another one joins the fast growing gang of enthusiast Getz-D lovers.

Yesterday I took the delivery of my new GETZ D from HMP, New Delhi. This one will be exclusively driven by my lady love on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway for her daily home-office-home commute. And not to mention, our weekends getways. My other car is a Scorpio, but I guess I will allow it to take some days off from duty.

Here are the details:
OTR price: 613077/-
Color: Real Earth
Absolutely no discounts, not even a bottle of perfume. Hyundai has adopted a take-it or leave-it attitude for this car.

Cobra 3189 security system (top of the line): Rs. 7500/- (Hyundai)
Pin type Gearlock: Rs. 1100/- (Hyundai)
3M Teflon paint protection: 3000/- (Hyundai)

Accessories already installed:

Tyres: Set of 5 Michelin Enery XM1+ 195/60/ R14 for Rs. 4100/- per piece
Stock Goodyear 175/65/ R14 buyback Rs 2500/- per piece
Alloys: Platti 14", multispoke, Hyper Silver, set of 4 for Rs 10500/-
ICE : Pioneer 5090UB HU for Rs. 7000/- with 2 years replacement Warranty
Front - 5" Pioneer Co-axial speakers (from my previous car)fitted on the front door
Rear - 5" JVC Co-axial speakers fitted on the rear doors
Stearing remote : 800/-
Stearing Grip: Grey color for Rs. 300/-
Solar Film : Autografix - for Rs.300/-

Pending list :
Seat Covers ; probably will go for seude stuff in Beige color
Reversing sensor

I have driven around 120 kms yesterday & guys trust me, I am already in love with this car. It just overwhelmes you.

A special word of thanks for Djay99, Undead, Kunal90210 & especially to KPzen cheers: for the expert reviews about the expereince with their cars as well as sending very useful replies to my nagging PMs. A special mention - I got the oppurtunity to drive Prajesh's car last week, so another round of thanks to him.

Photos & more updates to follow soon. Watch this space for more.

Wouldn't adding Pete's "dubba" void the warranty?

@Shuvd - This car already has so much power at disposal with just a tap on the accelerator. Why do you need to Pete it further?
