Thanks Akshay, where can I get it from? Can you suggest any place between Bandra and Andheri? Any warranty issues?

try milan subway. i know of a shop called car touch over there. but im sure there are many others too.
I checked the mileage this morning, got 6.45kmpl approx. But i got air filled upto 33psi today (as per Jesal's pointer) so i hope it improves. Overall the engine has smoothed a bit, feel it with the power delivery. The best decision was to go with 175/70's Michelin's, the ride, the grip, cornering is awesome. Also i spoke to a friend who also owns an i10 that his mileage improved only after 1500kms. So lets hope its the same.
Thanks akshay, will check HID's at Milan when i get back. Just worried about warranty issues though.
Now my setup list remaining is as follows:
1. Sun Film setup (Please suggest a professional fitter, i don't want shoddy work)
2. HID's & other misc. accessories
3. ICE Setup
4. Seat covers (How much will Stanley Cost, Seats & Entire, any approximation)
Please drop in your suggestions guys!
You can get the Sunfilm and the ICE done next to Milan Subway, near Milan mall. It's the most VFM place in this part of the 'burb. Besides there are quite a few shops there, all in line. Bargain hard.

Well guyz, congratulations on your purchase, however the mileage is looking out a bit scary. i mean 6-7 is not what I would expect out of a small car. Hope it improves past the first service.

It will improve after run in for sure. The driving experience is really nice for the car of this segment. Anyway automatics are know to have lower average than manual transmission cars.

One questions. On red lights, do you guys switch to N or stay in D.

At lights in D, I can feel the extra brake pressure required when a/c is running at idle, so If it is going to be 30seconds or more i'd put it in N and engage the handbrake.
I don't know if the i10 AT has a beefed up brake system than the manual?

Its better to put it in Neutral rather than keep it in D mode and brake if the wait is longer. Just by chance you let go of the brakes with many distractions, you could hit someone ahead.
Yes, the brakes have been beefed up for the Auto version.

This is very good! When you say beefed up what exactly was changed when compared to MT? Does the AT have bigger discs?
I think scorpio AT gives a mileage of around 8-10 kmpl. i10 is a petrol guzzler it seems from the report of owners here. Even corolla AT gives better mileage.
Keep it in N at traffic lights, if there is more than 30 sec. or more wait. It will save the excess brake fade. We don't keep the car in gear when we Stop at signals do we?

Yup it makes sense. You don't keep your car in gear at signals anyways, same goes for automatics.
@amit
Well you can't compare Scorpio or Altis to i10 at all. Scorpio AT is around 12 lacs and Altis AT around 14 lacs here in Mumbai. I got my i10 for 4.57 during the discount scheme. Tell me which other 4 speed automatic can you get under 10 lacs forget 5 lacs. And if I wanted Fuel efficiency I'd go for a Swift DDiS or a Getz CRDi in this segment.
I feel shifting to N is a good idea if you want to wait for a long, to avoid unnecessary load on breaks and engine.
By the way, if you are at signal and its >15 sec to go, better to switch off the engine and start after green light. The most economical way to drive in the stupid city traffic.
hey guys do auto's have good resale value? or people prefer manual? plz let me know.
