Do post in some more details about the deal and freebies.

The best accessory is a Pete's box. 108bhp if I heard it right.

Nice! Anup, could you please elaborate on discounts or freebies if any, and your overall buying experience? I'm in the process of finalizing a 1.2 myself.

Congrats on the buy Anup . Please do post pictures once you get the delivery. Asta is almost fully loaded. The only mods you might have to go in may be for better rubber and leather seats. Black looks amazing in i20.

As this is a new car on the block i doubt if you got any discounts. If you did get please post the details. A detailed reviw is also appreciated.

All i am getting as freebies are floor mats.I was going to ask for some opinion on this, should i be getting anything more than just FLOOR MATS?I have asked them for seat covers as well but the dealership is saying they can only give Floor Mats.

Fat chance for that as this car will be driven by my Dad and i am sure he is pretty happy with the number of horses on this car.

The buying experiance was pretty good as we knew someone in the dealership. So the test drive and the other things were arranged in a very efficient manner.
There are absolutely no discounts offered to us nor are there any freebies offered so far.Lets see what suggestions i get from fellow Bhpians, then accordingly i will speak to the dealership.

My heart was all set for the GP but my dad was more keen on the i20.so finally it was the i20.

Floor mats, mudflaps, boot (dicky) mat and underbody coating. Any dealership should be able to give you this, really easy to squeeze it out of them too, however new or fresh the model. Push for all of the above.

Actually after I posted I realized the obvious. After all your CRDi has been recently launched, so no discounts whatsoever. In my case, since the 1.2 is not-so-fresh-off-the-pan, I'm pushing for some freebs and discounts.

How about the tires? Does it come 185/65 R14 or 175/70 R14? How about 15", or at least wider tires? You wouldn't regret that decision, you would also get a good buy-back value for the stock tires if you change them while new...
