Guys, sorry if this has been mentioned somewhere earlier but does the usb in the Figo support iPod connectivity? Does the iPod charge when connected?

iPods don't work when connected via USB, I guess it will get charged tough. I used to connect iPod via BT, it works pretty well.

^^ Thanks. I have the iPod Nano, so no Bluetooth option there. Guess I'll have to make do with aux.

I should be getting delivery of my Kinetic Blue Figo D Titanium this week from MPL Ford. They are trying to force some essential pack of accessories on me saying its mandatory :eek: (some 3M paint protection, matting & mudflaps)
At a time when dealers are doling out free accessories, these guys are doing the opposite !! There is no way I am taking that ...

How much discount you got? What's the final otr like?

The final OTR is about 6.95L. I got a supplier discount of ~14500, free insurance (I'll be paying 4500 to make it '0' Dep.)

On accessories, I am bargaining for reverse sensors & matting. He has agreed for the sensors but is trying to force some other stuff on me at a price !

Okay, I'll be getting zxi and got quite a good discount. My otr with 0 dep is coming to 5.68.

5.68 for zxi TDCI? Thats a very GREAT price!.. Could you please post us the break-up of OTR? I got my ZXI TDCI for 6.10 with insurance, 1.5 yrs before and my cousin got the ZXI TDCI for 6.25 with free insuramce 6 months ago in chennai.

Yes, mine is white zxi Tdci. I am getting, 15k exchange bonus, free insurance, 3.5k corporate discount, 6.5 cash discount, 6250/- handling charges waived off. That makes it a good 43750/- discount on OTR price, I am paying 3400/- for 0 dep insurance from my pocket. Btw this is for non metallic color. Final otr with 0 dep comes around 5.68/- for zxi.

I forgot to add, am also getting the basic kit worth 2000/- for free, plus perfume :D and may get body cover free at delivery time ;)

Edit-Forgot to add, this price is without extended warranty, i'll be getting the same on first service.

That is a great deal. You guys in Delhi are lucky with lower road tax and the supreme court order for handling charges. Here handling charges alone comes to 7200 :Shockked: I have to fight this out.

Here they are 6250/- but all dealer here charge them anyway, it's just that i made that part of discount while bargaining. Else, they were not waiving it off, till I went there with booking amount.

Anyways, i'll be doing Pdi on Thursday, and probably delivery on Friday. Excited :D

Drive_Addict - How much do dealers in Chennai charge as handling charge in Chennai ? I have been told its 7200 and another 500 for the number plate. This is daylight robbery considering Maruti charged us 6000 with number plate for the Ertiga.

I paid around 7.25 with insurance on my titanium tdci ! Goodness, the prices are just unjustifiable. I think the dealerships love to pocket hard earned money.
