Unfortunately no. At the time we were there, my friends told me that most of the forest had been blocked off due to the naxal problem - We had initially planned an overnight camp at the place. Simlipal and Tikarpada/satkosia were the only two places I wanted to go, but couldnt.

Now Shimilipal has opened for public. You can get pass from Bhubaneswar or at Baripada / Jashipur forest office.

Now this beautiful forest is free from so called Naxals / jungle mafia.
