Wow. Very well written.

This is an excellent idea. Fly to Srinagar and hire a self driven car. I am thinking of doing Leh from Srinagar. I am sure they will be car rental services in Srinagar. This will save lots of time rather than driving from all the way from Kerala. This way I think it will be possible to go Leh and return back in week and still get the thrill of driving there.

Guys what do you think?
