Yeah, come to think of it, I did. On reading your comment, I thought that I would definitely have some, but browsed through my pic library and could not find any!.

It's called Jhalong. We didn't travel up to Bindu which is about 10 kms from there as the roads are not in good condition. It was a small picnic, we carried some food stuff & also had tasty momos there !!

Searching for T/L's on Dooars, landed me here. And what a lovely T/L it is. Nice Photos. Bandhs, the perpetual plague of Bengal as I happen to call it, happens, but they generally spare the tourist season. End of the day matter of bread and butter (occasional). Oh forgot to add am looking at the pictures and ticking on the places to visit list. Please post some pictures of Khunia Champmari forests sir!
